Arts & Culture

Join MEI’s Arts and Culture Center for an evening of comedy, storytelling, and community, presented in partnership with Rola Z. LIVE at MEI: Voices from the Arab Diaspora brings together uplifting stories and comedy inspired by the rich tradition of Middle Eastern oral narrative.

Arab American storytellers and comedians will take the stage to share personal stories of resilience, memory, and belonging, brought to life with humor, candor, and heart. Moving seamlessly between the poignant and the playful, these stories offer both laughter and moments of reflection. At a time when understanding feels especially urgent, storytelling creates space for empathy and shared connection.

We invite you to be part of a night of stories that surprise, resonate, and connect.
