Sippi Azarbaijani-Moghaddam is a social scientist and consultant with 17 years of international experience in programming in conflict and post-conflict settings. She has worked and travelled extensively in Afghanistan since 1995. Although dividing time between Kabul and Scotland, she is happiest on the road and continues to travel to villages in remote and at times insecure areas to maintain her close ties with women and men in rural Afghan communities.
