Dr. Gulshan Sachdeva is Associate Professor at the School of International Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. He was Visiting Professor at the University of Antwerp, University of Trento (Italy), Corvinus University of Bu-dapest and consultant with the Asian Development Bank in Afghanistan.
