Hadyah Fathalla is a Bahrain-based security and strategy specialist with 20 years of experience in a range of fields across the private and public sectors including national and global security, counterterrorism, policymaking, innovation, and digital transformation.

For over ten years she has been playing an advisory role to a number of government agencies and senior government officials on topics including counterterrorism, armed groups, security policy and strategy, cybersecurity, and other national security threats and challenges.

More recently and prior to establishing Hatter Consultants, she served as Chief Operating Officer for C5 Accelerate, a global technology investment firm, in addition to having established and managed the company’s MENA’s business.

Hadyah is a regular contributor to counterterrorism, cybersecurity, innovation, and technology conferences.  She is also a member of the Harvard W3D: Women in Defense, Diplomacy, and Development and a founding Board Member of the Women in Fintech Committee in Bahrain.
