Dr. Zhuping Sheng is an Associate Professor at Texas A&M AgriLife Research Center and Department of Agricultural and Biological Engineering. He is an explorer for alternative water sources for arid and semi-arid regions with expertise in hydrogeology, interaction of surface water and groundwater, management strategies of regional water resources and aquifer mechanics. He received his Ph. D. degree from University of Nevada, Reno, USA, M. Sci. degree from Institute of Geology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, China and B. Eng. degree from Tongji University, China.
