John Sattely is an active duty Colonel in the U.S. Marine Corps who served at USCENTCOM as a Strategic Logistics Planner and managed the Iran family of plans from 2019-2021. During that time, he forward deployed to assist the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia following the September 2019 attacks on the Saudi Aramco oil facilities at Abqaiq and Khurais. He is the currently the Commanding Officer of the Marine Corps Prepositioning Program at Blount Island Command in Jacksonville, FL. He is also a 2019 graduate of the Naval War College.
