Khizar Niazi is the former Ambassador of Pakistan to Kuwait and Sudan and High Commissioner to Australia and New Zealand. Until recently he has been associated with Arab Open University, Kuwait and is presently working on a book titled Democracy in Kuwait: Strengths and Weaknesses.
