Eaman Al Roudhan is a technology veteran known for her innovative leadership, with a wealth of experience in digital transformation, cybersecurity & AI. Until March 2024 she was the CEO of Zain Kuwait, one of the biggest and most profitable telecom operators in the MENA region.

Mrs. Al Roudhan was the first (and only) female CEO of a telecom operator in the Middle East region, a member of the advisory boards of the Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS) and the Middle East Institute. She has consistently appeared in the Top 100 Arab most influential female leaders lists since 2013, including the most recent Arabian Business Magazine’s "50 Most Inspiring Female Business Leaders 2022."

Mrs. Al Roudhan is a Kuwaiti national and holds a bachelor of science (BSc) degree in electronics and telecommunications engineering from Kuwait University. She has attended post graduate programs in electronics engineering at the Tokyo Institute of Technology (TIT) and  executive leadership programs at Harvard Business School.
