
Charlotte Nash joined the Middle East Institute (MEI) in January 2025 as a Program Assistant. She provides administrative, logistical and programming support to the Arts & Culture Center team.
Before joining MEI, Nash worked with the U.S. General Services Administration’s Art in Architecture program on the National Capital Region team to preserve and promote Washington, D.C.'s federally owned public art and sculpture. She also previously served as an assistant within the Performing Arts Unit at the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism in the United Arab Emirates, where she helped manage grants that promote cross-cultural exchange with regional artists. She also served as an assistant within the Curatorial Department for the Guggenheim Abu Dhabi in 2022, supporting the building and acquisition of the new museum’s permanent collection.
Nash received her Bachelors of Arts from New York University in Performance Studies and Art History. She is also working towards a Master's degree in Modern and Contemporary Art: Critical and Curatorial Studies from Columbia University.
Charlotte spent her childhood in Abu Dhabi, where her family has lived since 2007.
